Every job is quoted flat before we start. No hourly clock, no fuel fees, no upcharges — what we quote is what you pay. Only three things move the price: how much there’s to move, how hard it is to get to (stairs, walk-ups, long carries), and how far apart the stops are. We tell you about all of it upfront, never after we’ve started.
We handle full moves, labor-only jobs, junk removal, local delivery, and furniture assembly. We are Licensed and insured, with same-day certificates of insurance at no charge if your building needs one. ******************** and we’ll usually have a real number back to you within 15 minutes — no phone call or walkthrough required unless you want one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're flat-rate, not hourly — you get your price before we start, so there's no clock-watching or surprise fuel/upcharges. Quick Help (single-mover tasks) starts at $90, Labor Only (2 movers, you provide the truck) starts at $240, and a Full Move (2 movers + truck) starts at $380. If stairs or tricky access affect the job, we flag that in the quote, not after we've already started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand your move — size, distance, any special items — then send a clear quote. On moving day, we confirm arrival time, walk the space with you before we start, and handle everything from there. We follow up after to make sure everything landed right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is trained in proper lifting technique, furniture disassembly/reassembly, and safe packing for fragile and high-value items, so nothing gets damaged and nobody gets hurt on the job.
