Hani was great to work with. On time, friendly, technically proficient, worked at a good pace with minimal input, he knew what he was doing in getting a few computers and printers connected and up on our network. Will definitely be working with him again.

Hani was prompt and got right to work. He is pleasant and informative and wiped my old Mac and helped me set up a "new" (used) one. Things are working well -- this was good work for a very reasonable cost.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service and professionalism that I received from CITS. They listened carefully to the description of the problems we were encountering, thoroughly examined the computers and systems we use to run our business, and had the problem diagnosed and FIXED within 1 business day at a very reasonable cost! They also offered solutions to help protect the company's data moving forward which we were very grateful for. Thank you to the entire Critical IT Solutions staff for your dedication in getting us back up and running, you truly live up to your namesake.
