IF I COULD GIVE AN INFINITY OF STARS, I WOULD!!! I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED WILLIAM TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS!!! I WAS IN NEED OF EMERGENCY REPAIRS IN PREPARATION FOR A HOME REMODEL!!! WILLIAM RESPONDED QUICKLY AND ADJUSTED TO MY HECTIC SCHEDULE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE!!! NOT ONLY WAS HE PUNCTUAL BUT HE BEAT ME TO MY HOUSE!!! HE HAD THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF HIS CRAFT AND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED DONE, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HE WAS WORKING ON AND REPLACING PIPES IN A HOME IN DC IN PLACE SINCE 1943!!! I AM THANKFUL TO HAVE MET WILLIAM! NOT ONLY DID I FIND AN EFFICIENT PLUMBER IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION BUT I HAVE NOW FOUND MY NEW “GO TO” PLUMBER AND PLUMBER TO DO MY COMPLETE PLUMBING REMODEL PROJECT!!! I texted William about my concern. When he arrived, he had the parts needed and completed the work. We were pleased and surprised at how quickly he completed the job. He took care to respect our home by wearing shoe covers removed the damaged parts that he replaced. He suggested quality advice about keeping our drains clean and odorless. It worked!
