If you need HVAC work, this is the company to use. I called Logan Mechanical to fix a problem, similar to most homes in this area. The unbearable seasonal extreme temperatures on the second floor of the home, if there is only one HVAC unit to power the home. After obtaining quotes from four different companies I chose Logan Mechanical because I felt they had the best plan to solve my problem. They did not try to sell me on the most expensive option, rather I was educated on the pros and cons. Logan Mechanical was cheaper than the competitors. I chose to overhaul my HVAC system and added a mini-split in the attic to help control upstairs. Normally this would be a week-long project. Tristian and his crew took a day and a half to complete the work. They had to open the ceiling drywall and it was promptly replaced and it looks perfect. There was minimal disruption and the crew was covered appropriately with facemask and practiced social distancing. They are honest, prompt, hardworking, and pay attention to details. You have to be patient to get on his schedule because he spends the time with his customers to explain everything and makes sure his install or repair work is quality. Not only did his solution fix the problem but it also lowered my energy bills. I would recommend to anyone and use them again.

I highly recommend using this company! The scheduling of service was efficient. The company contacted me as soon as the project was placed. the technician arrived at the at the scheduled time of the appointment. Mike, the technician, is AWESOME🙌🏿🙌🏿! He explained the problem thoroughly and what he was going to do the remedy the issue. The $$ was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company for future service and maintenance.

    Our service fee for travel and diagnostics is $100 and it goes towards the cost of the repair.

    Our process with new customers starts with getting a brief history on their system & logging each customer into our system so each technician can give status updates in real time and even quote customers, and invoice on site.
