I used Logan Mechanical to diagnose and repair an old American Systems boiler that I could not light the pilot. They sent a technician Gregg out to take a look. I described the problem and he checked out the system. This resulted in a diagnosis of a faulty gas valve. A quote was supplied and we agreed to schedule the repair. On the next day, Jason was dispatched to replace the gas valve. Both technicians were prompt with their arrival times. They were very respectful and personable, willing to listen to my description of what had transpired. What I admired the most about them is that they did not attempt to sell me a new, more modern, heating system unlike some of their peers from other well known vendors had previously done. During the installation, a mounting bracket broke, making the job more of a challenge to complete. Jason offered up some possible solutions to move forward, but I/we decided on the more permanent solution of welding the bracket back in place. This resulted in a delay of about an hour and a half while he took the parts to be welded together. Upon returning, the installation was completed lickity split. Back in the business of making heat! Thanks Jason.

I just spoke with Dexter to see if he could help my family with our HVAC issues. He was heading to a job but made it a point to make sure he had another tech meet my time needs since he already had a previous appointment. He was responsive, professional, courteous and respectful. My wife ended up already having the ball rolling on a consultation with another company so I had to cancel the consultation with Dexter. He remained professional and understanding. If the company that comes out doesn't fit the bill, I will be contacting Dexter with the quickness. Blessings.

We give free diagnostic to all residential clients.

Our process with new customers starts with getting a brief history on their system & logging each customer into our system so each technician can give status updates in real time and even quote customers, and invoice on site.
