The service technician, Shaun, was quite thorough and professional. Ours was a heating issue. Shaun ran a battery of tests to ascertain why there was no ignition. He opened the induce motor. Lo and behold there was a dead bird nestled in there. That startled Shaun but he quickly recovered, removed the dead bird and vacuumed the unit. Additionally, he vacuumed the area where the air filters are housed. It gets better: not only do we now have heat but he only charged us for the service call of $75 and not a penny more! Needless to say we were pleased with the service and would highly recommend KPK Enterprise to anyone looking for the consummate professional, quality and yes, value.

shawn was wonderful. he did a very thorough job of diagnosing all issues with the system including ones we had no hope of fixing, and fixing them. other service company insisted i needed a new compressor/condensor. he communicated well and was courteous, neat and prepared. i wouldn't hire anyone else. the scheduling app on the thumbtack app gave me an appointment that wasn't really available but they squeezed me in as soon as they could

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been through commercial union training for 5 years. I've also took various manufacturer training on specific products as well as general knowledge. Training must continue to be a driving force to successful technicians in order to stay updated on current laws, recalls, changes, equipment etc.
