- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the industry national average and I work towards keeping our pricing fair and lower than the industry average, in most cases. Customer must remember too that they are not only paying for the service but also paying for the SKILL level and EXPERIENCE of the technician. Not everyone takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical we treat all our customers like 1 of the family. I believe everybody is special and extraordinary, his is why my motto is “ Extraordinary service for extraordinary customers.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Journeyman , 5 year Apprenticeship, Certificates in Heat pumps, AC 1,2&3 , basic refrigeration, basic electricity and low pressure boilers/hot water heaters. 10 years of schooling and 15+ years in field experience.
