We are LICENSED, BONDED & INSURED. I am a licensed HVAC/R Master Technician in 4 states ( DC, MD, VA, NC). Our service is 100$ to diagnose the problem, and I provide FREE onsite estimates. We also provide 0% Financing with no money down as well. I have over 20 years of experience and have 5 years of schooling from the N.A.P.E trade school along with another 5 years with the Local 602 trade school. I pride myself in professionalism, exceptional work, and getting it right the first time. We also offer financing with over 15 different financing options as well as a 0% financing option for our customers. I can’t say enough nice things about this company. CALL THEM NOW!!!! Moe was the best thing that happened to my AC. He went beyond and above to be sure my unit was working properly. He explained everything in detail of what he was doing and why. I feel more knowledgeable of my own system now, he educated me on things. I will call them for yearly maintenance. I do not plan to use anyone else, this is my guy and I’m passing his number around my neighborhood. THANK YOU MOE YOU ARE THE BEST

My pricing is based on the industry national average and I work towards keeping our pricing fair and lower than the industry average, in most cases. Customer must remember too that they are not only paying for the service but also paying for the SKILL level and EXPERIENCE of the technician. Not everyone takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical we treat all our customers like 1 of the family. I believe everybody is special and extraordinary, his is why my motto is “ Extraordinary service for extraordinary customers.”
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Journeyman , 5 year Apprenticeship, Certificates in Heat pumps, AC 1,2&3 , basic refrigeration, basic electricity and low pressure boilers/hot water heaters. 10 years of schooling and 15+ years in field experience.
