- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing system here. I charge based on only a handful variables; will I have to travel, what am I working on exactly, what is it going to cost to me, and how much time it might take. But I don't gouge people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always staying abreast of current trends and developments in technology. I am currently enrolled in college going for my Bachelors in Computer Science.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Professionally, it started for me about 4 years ago in college. But I've been doing this for years prior as a hobby. From working in call centers administering remote technical support for Government users, to being on the IT help desk for my college that was attending, I've been around in the field for some time and have had fun doing it.
