HG Decorating Group provided an overall average interior painting experience. Their professionalism was evident throughout the process, and they treated my home with care and respect. The team also handled moving the heavy furniture, which I appreciated. After the paint dried, I did a walkthrough and noticed several areas that appeared a bit sloppy. A few cracks were not repaired, and some of the patched areas weren’t sanded or painted cleanly. I contacted them, and to their credit, they responded quickly and addressed those concerns without hesitation. However, I did come across a few remaining issues--some of the paint color transitions along the wall edges were not cleanly cut, and there were noticeable paint sparkles left on my newly refinished hardwood floors. Overall, while the team demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness, the quality of the finishing details fell a bit short of expectations.
