What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always going to be fair both to the customer and my employees. like i said above communication with the customer on the project is easier do that a fair and accrue price can be made.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my new customers depending on the project recieve weekly or biweekly weekly follow up treatments in the first month signed up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training from prior pest Control companies worked for in the past. I am certified in MD DC and VA B.S. and i continue education everyday.
