Exceptional service provided by Crisp Clean service!  100% pleased with the exceptional cleaning service provided by Crisp Clean and highly recommend!  Christien has a strong work ethic, professional and friendly demeanor, and passionate about his business! He was also up to speed on Covid guidelines, which I appreciated.   I gifted my sister with a detailed cleaning service of her 1-bedroom apartment.  It was a busy day in the home because of a junk removal service onsite as well but this did not disrupt Christian; he did not miss a beat.  My sister is excited to have a clean home, especially her kitchen, which was in need of extra attention.   Strong work ethic – During my initial phone call, after explaining the huge effort required, I was hesitant about hiring Christien.  What changed my mind was hearing the passion as he talked about his business, which reassured me that he would get the job done.  He exceeded my expectations!   Cleaning products and service - I was quite impressed with Christien‘s knowledge about cleaning products and I could see how excited he was to share information. I was pleasantly surprised that the products did not leave the home spelling of chemicals. It was a nice light, fresh scent.   Communications – Christien was available to discuss the job by phone in greater detail and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He also provided a confirmation email.  The date of service, he texted to share that he was enroute, which I appreciated since another vendor was working that day. He also arrived on time, explained how he would tackle each room, and got right to work.

Christien did such an amazing job with my cleaning. Prior to arriving, he checked in to confirm the appointment and provided updates on his ETA. I was so impressed by how professional and thorough he was during the job. He did an immaculate job from top to bottom; He even cleaned the baseboards! 🙌🏾 My apartment was so clean and it smelled so good after he finished the cleaning service. Christien even provided me with tips and products to use to help keep areas such as the bath tub and stove clean. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the cleaning job after completion. I will be using his services going forward. If you are looking for a great local business to get the job done in a timely manner, look no further! Crisp Clean does an exceptional job!

Crisp Clean (Christien)came to my house over a month ago and my house still looks good. I had an emergency C-Section in April and wanted my house cleaned top to bottom, walls wiped down, baseboards cleaned etc. because I just didn’t have the energy to do it myself. I wanted an old fashioned change of seasons house cleaning. I also had two cats that I had to surrender because my new baby is allergic to them. I needed my house free from all the pet hair, dander etc. I explained to Christien exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He called the day before to make sure I was still interested and available, he arrived early, had mask on and shoes covered. He came ready to work. I was impressed!!! My house looks and smells amazing. I can’t wait to have Christien back. I hope he knows how much I appreciate his quality of work and professionalism. He is extremely detail oriented and does the little things to show he takes great pride in what he does. Book Crisp Clean! You won’t be disappointed.

Crisp Clean did everything they said they would do. They did it when they said they would do it. They charged what they said they would charge. The new tenants had not a complaint about the cleanliness of the apartment when they moved in. When tenants are happy I am happy.
