Brandon Construction was very reasonably priced and the quality of work was excellent. I was so impressed with their professionalism and prompt service that instead of one job, I had them completed seven different jobs ranging from hardwood floor replacement (3 rooms), widening doors, opening a wall to add counter space and painting. All works was done efficiently - most within one day for each job. When I had to select materials (granite/ flooring, etc.) they recommended vendors that have quality materials and knowledgeable staff as well as reasonable pricing. Every step of the process was easy and the results were amazing. I am so pleased!!!! I would highly recommend them for any home improvement needs. They are really great to work with.

We absolutely loved working with José and his team to tile our basement floor with ceramic wood-looking tile, expose a brick wall, and install new toilet and a wall-mounted sink. He works FAST and within budget. Extra things we needed done were added at very reasonable extra expense ($40-60 to repair an unexpected drywall hole behind a mirror). His team does beautiful work, and José made sure every bit of trash or demo material was taken away.
They also went above and beyond to make things look nice. For example, I don't think they charged me extra when they plastered around our baseboards and it looks soooo much better! They also patched a little hole left by a past electrician's job. They took extra good care of our space as if it was their own home.
We also like that he respected our desire to further finish our space ourselves ( we are ok with doing our own painting).
I can't say enough good things. We will definitely hire José and Brandon Contracting for our next job.

I typically do not ever write reviews, but this contractor is a special exception to the point that not doing so would be wrong. Words truly cannot express how fortunate I feel that I was able to work with this crew, and how lucky I am that they reached out to me. We needed a renovation project done on the first floor of our rental property, and after meeting with several other contractors, we were starting to feel like finding a reliable contractor who could start working on it before mid to late-August at a reasonable price was a lost cause.
Then, we came across Brandon Contractor. Not only did they quote us an extremely reasonable price that was less than half of other quotes we had been given, but they also scheduled us in sooner than anyone else we talked to. To make things even better, they were able to start working on our project almost a week earlier than originally planned due to some postponements on other projects. Once they started working, I was blown away by how hard this crew works. They worked from 8 am to 6 pm, only taking a break to eat lunch, and didn't take any shortcuts in terms of quality and detail (they honestly might have cared about getting it done exactly right more than I did). Also, perhaps most importantly, they never once even mentioned raising the quote despite the project turning out to be much bigger (requiring more materials/man hours) than originally expected. To top it all off, the crew cleaned up after themselves each and every day that they were here, and completed the project faster than anybody else told us they would be able to do it even though they had multiple other projects going on at the same time.
There is no doubt in my mind that any time I have a project that needs to be done to make our property look better, Brandon Contractor will be the first contractor I contact. They are by far the best crew I could've found, and I couldn't be happier with the results of their work!
