They called me and made an offer. They turned up on time with a helper they moved three pieces of furniture efficiently and with ease. Dwayne and team are absolute rockstars. I had a terrible experience witb Lowes home delivery where they refused to take down my old fridge down the stairs because 'it wouldnt fit.' Despite telling them that the fridge will fit... they just left. I wasnt sure what to do and I got in touch with Dwayne. A few notes to highlight.
- Dwayne was super responsive. Literally called me within a few minutes of my request and scheduled same-day service.
- Dwayne was on time. Despite having his previous job about an hour away, he was at my property 2 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Dwayne just got the job done. His mindset was 'we will get it done' and he found a way.
