Naun was quick to swing by to review the project, give suggestions and provide an estimate. His crew was there bright and early the next morning. We were having our old, crumbing brick veneer replaced with new bricks (half set in sand and half mortar). We also had uneven stair height which I’d tripped on several times. He was able to grade the new bricks to make the stair heights even, without rebuilding the whole structure. He also lowered the threshold cement base so we could install a layer of brick on the top step (looks so much better). He set the new bricks with a more secure and long lasting mortar instead of sand. We chose a basket weave pattern and his team did a great job keeping everything aligned with evenly spaced grout joints. He was very flexible about a couple of scope changes and was clear about the final cost before proceeding. We are very happy with the finished product. It looks fantastic and feels so secure.

I needed some work done on external walls, where there were some cracks and areas where water was able to get in. I also wanted some pavers stabilized that had come loose. Naun was very responsive through the process, and his fees were very reasonable. His team arrived first thing in the morning as promised, and they were very professional, and the quality of the work was excellent.
