I have been looking for a detail oriented, problem solver with top notch organizational and interpersonal skills and I finally found all of that with Creatively Organized with Tonja Scott. Wow!! This company is changing our life. Spaces that were major clutter zones throughout our home are now impeccably organized. I didn't realize how much junk I had accumulated in my attic, which I need to use as a bedroom for my teenage son. Tonja was awesome! She was able to sort and purge all my stuff in much less time than I could and she had great ideas for storage and decor. The room now looks more like a bedroom than a storage closet. I can't wait for our next appointment to see what other ideas she has up her sleeve.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are based on on-site assessment, square footage and scope of work. Home organization can be as low as $210 for three hours to $300 for four hours. Residential cleaning starts at $160 for 3 hours for 1bd/1ba to $185-200 for 2bd/2ba.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner I like to meet with the client for the first initial service to get a better idea of their day-to-day activities within the home. This allows me to make a better assessment on the services that would best adhere to their lifestyle for their home and for their family. We clean and organize the home as if it were our own, and that's reflective of the compliments we get upon completing the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors in Business Administration. I received my certification as a certified organizer in 2014. Being certified has been a game changer in how we streamline organizational and cleaning systems quickly and efficiently.
