- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve been told my pricing is unbeatable compared to what services we provide. Although we may price a little lower than other planners our service is over the top. I don’t believe in breaking the bank for what we do and love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first meeting with you, I spend some time getting to know the couple, listening to your ideas, finding out what your dreams are, and what would make your perfect day; but also understanding what you definitely don’t want This gives me a good idea of your personalities. Each bride has a different idea of that perfect day – some prefer small and intimate, others require something a little bigger and more flamboyant. We are all different, and I treat everyone as individuals I have a great passion for colors and design. I am always coming up with different ideas; this drives me to strive for the best. My reward is seeing it all coming together, and seeing my clients face. when they walk through the door My background is in management. I believe these skills really come into their own. Wedding planners need to be level headed, organised, and confident to meet with people at all levels – and quickly dealing with any thing that should arise in a very professional way I am extremely passionate about what I do. My aim is to give you that perfect day of your dreams, and within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Wedding Planner through New Skills Academy: Certificate no: BD5S5OKF (Shauna Robinson) I have over 12 years of planning and executing corporate events, community based fundraisers, walk-a-thons, anniversary parties, birthday parties, engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby showers and of course weddings. The bottom line is all my events are successful and perfectly executed with ease. My management skills have prepared me to be very detailed when its absolutely necessary.
