FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Writing has always been my passion. After spending several years in corporate America practicing as a public relations professional and realizing that I spent the majority of my time writing for executives, I decided that I wanted to attempt to venture out on my own and make my own mark as an independent contractor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common jobs are speechwriting, press release writing, news article writing and annual reports.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advice is to make sure your provider has honestly provided the services they advertise. If you are seeking a corporate writer, you want to ensure the provider has experience working in a corporate environment and can match the tone, style and feel that you desire. Creative writers are not corporate writers and most corporate writers aren't creative writers so anyone offering a one stop shop solution, is probably going to disappoint you in the end.
