Nourrie Cuisine catered my wedding on 10/17/15. My guests raved about the food! The biggest hit seemed to be the zucchini "crab" cakes appetizer. I had an all-vegan wedding, and some guests made comments about the delicious food making veganism seem more accessible and attainable. Not only was the food fabulous, but Elena was also fabulous. She was pleasant, friendly, and calm no matter what I (or circumstances beyond everyone's control on the wedding day) threw her way. Her staff were also friendly and helpful.Oct 20, 2015
I hired Nourrie Cuisine to cater a baby shower brunch for a friend. Elena presented us with a number of options to choose from. She delivered everything the evening before--because the event was in DC. Everyone loved the food. There were multiple finger food options, including raspberry and cream cheese puff pastries and these wonderful vegan sausage appetizers. I would recommend her to anyone and will defiantly hire her again.Sep 4, 2015
