Wonderful experience start to finish. Much more thorough than our provider of the same services when we moved into our home, as Sergio has all the equipment (including measuring temp differentials remotely) to help diagnose any issues. No high pressure sales tactics about our system (we have 2 in our home) that needed a repair which can be done soon but not immediately. Charged 1 price to check and maintain both units which is less than othera for 1 unit! Maintenance is so important, he opened each component, cleaned, sprayed (with environmentally- friendly products), tested, measured, and showed us all in the process. No phony contracted price to return this fall, either--so many places overcharge. Came a 2nd time because he needed a tool to open a unit which wasn't normally with him. Cannot say enough about the awesome service!
