Hamed was great. He responded quickly to our needs of getting our HVAC looked at. He was at our home within a couple hours. After taking a look at the system, he had a lengthy discussion about what the problem was and the solutions. We were previously told the HVAC unit had to be completely replaced by another person. This was not the case Hamed explained. He was able to have the unit fixed within a couple of days, he just had to order the parts. He followed up with us after the work was done. Truly appreciate his genuine concern and excellent service.
