He did a wonderful job! He was very responsive and came back the day after looking at the house to start repairs. He completed a number of tasks in only a few days and they all came out very well. I would highly recommend hiring him.

My nightmare PITA deck project is now complete!!! After a year of trying to get this small job completed, without success, I am elated that the work is now done! I have had countless contractors stop by, then not provide the quote or give an utterly ridiculous price; I had one contractor who quoted the job, we went to the store together and I purchased the materials and he even delivered them…then ghosted me; Another one started the job and was unreliable, business not in order and did not do quality work! I reached out to MMLS yesterday (via another site), George came out same day to look at the project and quote me pricing, came today and did the work. Unlike so many other contractors I’ve been dealing with, he was reliable, highly responsive, hard working and pricing was very fair. I started our project and noticed there is more work than painting needed. I decided to find a contractor on the Thumbtack app. This Pro agreed to repair the plaster wall with plaster and paint and not th remove the baseboard from the wall for $1200. We agreed to repair with plaster. He brought 2 sheets of drywall and 2 bags of drywall sand, removed the baseboard, then raised the costs due to demand he created when he and his helper removed the baseboard. New price $2000 + 1200 = $3200. My Grandmother was very unhappy and felt unsafe. I was instructed to discontinue his services. I informed him his services are no longer needed. We will find a new contractor. He refused to discontinue his services, and the police was contacted. We do not recommend this contractor, aka a Thumbtack Pro.
