Allycia White's Type A Designs is fantastic! She is an efficient professional. For my sister's Baby shower I explained the theme and what I was looking for color wise for a banner. The colors were pink, brown and Zebra print (crazy I know) but she did an AMAZING job. She sent me a PDF of what the Banner looked like and asked if that was what I was expecting. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing depends on the scope of the project. I am able to work with clients with various budgets. After an initial consultation and confirmation of service, I only need a 50% deposit of the agreed upon price of the project. The remaining balance isn't due until the project is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically discuss the client's vision for the project that they have contacted me for. After I have an idea of what the client is looking for, I give my price estimate, as well as my turnaround time for a draft (usually within three days). I then only need a 50% deposit to begin the project. The remaining balance isn't due until the client receives the final version of their project. After which, the client will receive all versions of the project (pdf, jpeg, png files, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Master's degree in Publications Design and more than seven years of experience in the graphic design field.
