- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced based on the scope of work. We offer discounts for multiple services or if you have the same service done on a recurring basis e.g every 3 months or semi annually
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get the call we come out and do a free estimate, we provide the customer with the qoute once we agree on pricing we schedule the work
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with mostly residential customers and a few churches plus commercial buildings
