- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been drawing as long as I can remember, for over 60 years. When I saw a caricature stand at a local mall, I applied for a job, and I fit right in.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Company parties and picnics, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs and bat mitzvahs, after-prom parties for high schools, Christmas and New Year parties, neighborhood block parties, beach parties, even "polar bear swim" parties in January!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Along with some friends, I drew caricatures at a summer camp for kids undergoing cancer treatments. The kids loved the pictures. In a small way, I felt that we helped give them a more positive outlook, which could only help their outcome.
