- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our organizational set up which is designed to beat competition while retaining top quality service and products. We have eliminated showroom overheads and so our customers are only paying prices based on material and direct labor costs. Customers who shop our competitors always return to us for purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with free estimate when we have basic information like rough measurements or dimensions and/or sketches from the customer. Alternatively, we visit project site to take free measurements and give free estimate. Measurements are scheduled as early as 24 to 48 hours from customer's request. Customers are invited to our shop and warehouse to select their actual granite slabs, fixtures and accessories. They are also encouraged to take a tour of our fabrication facility. We take a 60% deposit when an agreement is reached on price. Installation of counter tops is typically done 3 to 5 business days after payment of deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our principal officer, Mark brings 32 years of professional experience as a graduate mechanical engineer who has worked many decades as manufacturing engineer and marketing executive for multinationals to the business and our projects. He is flanked on different sides by trained and experienced templating technicians, fabricators and installers. Our crew are trained to be respectful of customers and their property and to work within customer's homes and facilities with utmost care.
