Had him come out on a late call to look at a leaking toilet. We originally thought the wax seal had failed, but after checking everything he determined the leak was actually coming from inside the toilet itself. Since the toilet is over 20 years old, replacing it makes more sense than repairing it. I appreciated that he took the time to find the real problem instead of just replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced, which would have run up the cost. He was professional, easy to talk to, and his charge for the visit was very reasonable. I'd definitely call him again for future plumbing work.
