Have a yellow Jacket nest under my front door sill in the wall. I called Home Advantage pest. They were responsive and courteous. The technician showed up within an hour of my call. Got a detailed upfront explanation of what will be done, what to expect and what is the price going to be for an initial treatment and a follow up visit that is included in the original price.

How refreshing to find a pest control company that is mainly interested in helping you fix your problem, and not in upselling or scaring you with misinformation into signing up for a long-term contract! Dionte at Home Advantage in Columbia, MD is forthcoming and friendly, and gave me the first reasonable price I'd heard for a one-time service to assess and treat for mice. The technician, Kevin, who came out is very knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and thorough. And after seeing the quality of work he brought to this visit, I asked him about annual maintenance and signed up for a year. It's great to feel you have a trustworthy resource in your own community!

Quick, thorough and efficient and diagnosing problems and providing solutions. This was maintenance for a condo, so not sure how well this informs for larger scale projects.The box glue traps provided work well for controlling pests from the outside.

We had a great experience with Home Advantage Pest Services! I live in Laurel, MD and was dealing with carpenter bees on my front porch, along with some wasp and yellow jacket activity around the house. They were very thorough and professional from start to finish.They treated all the entry points and crevices around the porch to prevent nesting and even found a hole around my AC line that could have allowed pests insidesomething I would have never noticed on my own. They sealed and treated everything properly.Since the service, Ive been confidently walking out onto my front deck again without worrying about getting stung or dealing with bees flying around. Huge peace of mind!Highly recommend them if youre dealing with carpenter bees, wasps, or any pest issues in Laurel, MD!
