Introduction

Jackson full service cleaning is a small family owned business who has been serving the greater DMV since 2015. We believe the best carpet cleaning should be at an affordable price. Our equipment is truck mounted. For the best results we use high temperature of 250 degrees to produce a genuine steam cleaning. All products are non toxic and biodegradable (family and pet safe). We our licensed and insured. Due to COVID-19 we arrive wearing a mask and gloves and will work with it on. Our satisfaction comes from our satisfied customers!

This is my second year using this service as part of my spring cleaning and they will continue to have my business time and again.Jackson Full Service Cleaning is very professional and does an amazing job. Wonderful communication and easy to work with.I believe the pricing is more than reasonable for high-quality work. There are no hidden fees, full transparency.Some carpet cleaning companies come out and just put down oxy and don't extract anything!!! Not here. They have their own extractor truck so all of your dirty water just gets hosed out into their truck. I love this! I know that with Jackson Cleaning, the work is done right!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an ala cart menu of add-ons. Pretreatment/Deodorizer, Stains, Pet urine are all treatments we offer. We also will pre-vacuum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We notify our customers when we are en route. Upon arrival we do an initial walk through to make sure we are align with our customers needs. This way they can view stains that might have previously been missed or decide to add a rug cleaning along with the carpet. At the end there is a final walkthrough to ensure expectations have been met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over five years of cleaning carpets and upholstery.
