Laid homeowner supplied carpet and pad down one level of stairs (with landing), down short hallway, and in moderate sized bedroom. Did excellent job, quickly and at fair price. Would use again and can highly recomend

Prompt, Honest, Kind, Professional, Great Communicator, Best pricing, On-time. Francisco. Responded within 2 hours of my initial project posting (after normal daylight hours). He was kind, honest, ethical, an excellent communicator, eager to help, patient, and very competitive fair pricing. I had to delay numerous times Francisco returning to complete laying carpet and padding until all the wet moisture was gone from the floor beneath, and he worked with me, was patient, kind and flexible and did exactly what he said he would do, and even went ABOVE+BEYOND when he offered to tend to a completely separate carpet issue (a repair of 2 garage steps!). He did this at no x cost! thank you Francisco. I will definitely refer u, and will always use you for future carpet, or hardwood flooring needs !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a minimum charge wich is standard in this trade, I charge $150 as a minimum ( a minimum charge fee would cover a small repair, restretching of 3 standard size bedrooms) . The price of owner suplied carpet installation starts at $5syd plus $1 if its occupied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First , I try to get as much information as I can related to their proyect. Once I can understand what is involved in the proyect, than I can give them the best options they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experiance intalling floors. I am a certified installer by CFI
