We offer professional Personal Chef and catering services, with an absolute "personal touch". We do the menu preparation together and our team does the rest! We do the shopping, prep work, cooking and plating or buffet presentations. Our meal prep services are perfect for super busy individuals, with very little time to cook a well balanced meal for themselves or their family. Our catering services are reasonably priced and designed to help you customize your event experience. We work together to create a menu that caters to your tastes and style, with a focus on value. We gather information on your guest list to establish ratios of vegan, paleo, pescatarian, vegetarian, traditional or international dishes to prepare. We also do cooking demonstrations and in-home cooking classes. Chef RJ adores instructional cooking parties or paint night parties. Special events (Large and small) and Date Nights are our favorites. We enjoy people and our Chefs all have a passion for cooking. Chef RJ established this service to fuse his passion for cooking with his dedication to excellent customer service. We have grown from a single person, meal prep business to a 2 division, full service catering service and a Personal Chef services. We are very proud of this! Our Chefs focus on flavor and challenge themselves to create new dishes. Collectively, our Chefs have over 35 years of fast food, casual dining and fine dining experience. We still prefer to offer the personal touch to dining and to catering.

I can't say enough amazing things about Appetites by RJ. Paula provided the highest quality customer service my wife and I could expect from a catering company; especially during these difficult time with COVID-19. The food was delicious (especially the lasagna), all the settings, props, lighting, decorations, chair covers, center pieces, and everything else we requested more than met our expectations. My wife spends at least one hour each day reviewing the pictures of our wedding because it is the most happiest day of her life as the most precious moment and event she will never forget. None of this could have happened without everything Appetites by RJ did for us. Paula was so kind, thoughtful, and professional in each discussion we had with her providing the best recommendations as a person who has done this for some time as a subject matter expert. We can't say enough good things about our experience and would go with Appetites by RJ if we had to plan our wedding again knowing the service we received. This is by far a 10 star out of 5 star company based on value, professionalism and quality. Appetites by RJ was a dream to work with. We had a wedding for 75 people and required different cuisines due to the cultural tastes of our guests. Not only did provide excellent food for their part, they even helped us warm up and serve the other foods. They exceeded our expectations and provided so much help for everything for linens to dinnerware to decorations to cleanup. I love that they coordinated with the delivery of our wedding cake and also has bartender services. They are responsive and amazing to work with. Appetites is truly a full service experience and I would work with them again if I had another event.

I hired RJ to caterers for my 10/2 wedding and got more that I expected. Ms. Paula handle me with care and made everything cute &tasty. She did not hesitate to take on decorating the venue as well. I tell you when I walked in to meet my groom at the alter, Everything took my breath away! Simply beautiful & elegant. I can not say enough about Ms. Paula & the catering team. They are certainly the reliable, professional, friendly, affordable go to option for food, decorations/party planning or whatever you need to make your event memorable!
