I am so happy with the service I received from Rod. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The work was done correctly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rod and his team at KC Realty Solutions, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Their expertise in HVAC installations and service work is top-notch. Rod is incredibly friendly, professional, and always upfront about what needs to be fixed or serviced—no surprises or unnecessary upselling.

The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and attention to detail. It’s clear that Rod genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing honest and reliable service. If you’re looking for an HVAC specialist you can trust, KC Realty Solutions is the way to go!

In this day and age, it is hard to find a good contractor. Rod was very professional, responsive and definitely gave a great price to repair my heat. He was very knowledgeable about different items I had on my list to repair around my home and scheduled another project I needed taken care of.
