- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes always include our time and travel. If outside venues are required (something close to you), there may be additional fees (charged by the facility). Currently, we have limited space available however, we are always sourcing other venues. Most of the lessons/classes we offer through Thumbtack are in-home lessons with our clients. We are also developing classes and through those classes, may open up new venues. RL Dance does not, as yet, have a studio space of our own, although this is something we are striving for with our continued expansion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you agree to our quote, you can schedule and pay for your first lesson online. Private lessons always include an additional consultation time so please bear that in mind when scheduling. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation from us with any additional information for your first lesson or any questions we may have to ensure we are fully prepared for teaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff trains routinely with top level instructors as well as taking regular classes to keep their own dancing evolving. We also have staff training and each of us continues to pursue a new form of dance or certification.
