What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My job is to first educate my customers on how the system works and making it easier for them to understand what is going on, why issues are caused and what’s steps we need to take to make the right repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold my HVAC journeyman license and one year away from getting my masters license.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first went to school for hvac and worked for a residential and commercial hvacr companies for 10years and now I run a small hvac company.
