I was disappointed in the overall presentation.
The mini balloon arches at each table were falling apart, lopsided, uneven and did not look professional. Additionally, the floral centerpieces were not full or robust as those pictured in the example images I was sent.
The main balloon arch was a complete fail as well. The balloons did not resemble the balloons pictured in the example images. Not to mention, they were not semetrical and ultimately could not even be used.
The table runners were extremely thin and some were not long enough.
The theme was rainbow yet unicorn beanie babies were at the tables.
The chair covers did not fit the chairs nor did she use the chair sashes I requested.
She stated she would go to the restaurant before the event to set up to make sure there was adequate spacing, etc but she never did. Additionally, multiple times she stated that I would receive sneak peek images so we could discuss if I liked what was being designed and I never received any images prior to the day of the shower.
To some up it, I do not feel that I received decor worth of $490 price tag.
I had several guest state that the decor was not what they expected. I agree. The decor was not up to par. Frankly, I was embarrassed by what was presented.
I feel that I should be issued a refund greater than that of what was not used given the decor did not resemble anything promised or excepted.
I trusted Events by Chelz to make my special day look amazing and sadly, it fell short of my expectations and left me feeling defeated, embarrassed and emotionally devastated throughout the entire event.
Overall, I was greatly disappointed.

Omg!! Thanks Event with Chelz!!
Your are truly heaven sent. I was so stressed out with my previous event planner whom canceled last minute but you came in and crushed it 🥰 very kind & polite lady and she brought my baby girls dreams to life so beautifully and quickly. I was skeptical about the timing, but I must say she delivered and exceeded my expectations. I am excited to book with “Event by Chelz for future endeavors 😊
