I hired OAW Legal Services to serve my tenant with a failure to pay notice on 11/6/25. Before the day was over, they had my tenant served, which subsequently resulted in the rent being paid. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I highly recommend OAW legal and attorney Wallace. I hired her for my divorce case and she guided me every step of the way. I wanted the divorce to be as painless as possible, and she helped made this happen. She was very professional, kind, and promptly answered all of my questions.
