I hired OAW Legal Services to serve my tenant with a failure to pay notice on 11/6/25. Before the day was over, they had my tenant served, which subsequently resulted in the rent being paid. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I asked for legal representation on an issue. We would begin by writing a letter. There were countless delays as the firm explained that my info wasn't received. After receiving my info. There were many more delays. Despite my payment that was due immediately. I requested a refund due to the time elapsed and the likelihood that the letter had become ineffective due to the delays. However, that's when I was told the letter is being sent right away. Once the letter was sent out...I called a week later to ask if there had been a response from the other party. This way I could have the attorney follow up. I assumed that I would pay additional follow up fees until my issue was resolved. However, when I called the attorney to check for a response from the other party, it was rudely presented to me that the firm had no plan to follow up and that I only paid for "a letter". Furthermore, she stated that if I actually wanted her to represent me in this matter, I would need to pay a new consultation fee on the same matter. 🤨
