We got a very honest and transparent estimate for new carpet installation replacing laminate flooring. Steve came up with multiple installation options and variety of carpet types. Unfortunately due to change of plans we couldn’t hire ImagEffects finally but we strongly recommend them due to their professionalism and honest business approach.

I can’t recommend this Steve and his team enough! They removed the carpet in my parents’ home and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors. I put out several requests on Thumbtack, and they stood out as the most qualified. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained their plan thoroughly, helping us choose the best flooring options, especially since we have a dog. The team was efficient, thorough, and professional, and they completed the job seamlessly. They also took the time to install the stair treads I purchased as well! We’ll definitely use them again and happily refer them to others in the future!

Great professional team to work with. Steve Thomas was the person who handled our project, a really small one actually. We just needed the carpet for one room replaced and the upper floor carpets stretched again. Despite that Steve was very responsive and attentive to the project. He made valuable suggestions which we followed and they helped. He also gave detailed quotes for different options to replace carpets in other runs if needed. He did not push or try to get us to spend more than our house needed. The work done was excellent and timely for our project. It was so smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Imageffects for all carpet related projects!! Especially Steve Thomas.
