I needed new carpets and ImagEffects was able to come to my home for an estimate in 2 business days and I had new carpet installed by the 3rd business day. Financing was available with 12 month/0% interest so I really didn’t have a reason to go with other companies that didn’t offer financing options. Sales rep was professional and knowledgeable, installers were punctual and had great work ethics. 2 installers installed 2 rooms, 1 hallway, and 2 flights of stairs in about 6 hours (including old carpet removal and large furniture moving). Definitely would recommend.
