Steve was great to work with. He gave great advice on wood selection and always followed up to make sure we were happy with the end result. The installation crew was great - prompt, hard-working, and very easy to deal with. They did not hesitate to address anything we asked about and were genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the floor - which we are! It is absolutely beautiful. Totally changed the look of my house.
