Enrique, Carlos and team have been amazing - after shopping around/coming up empty on a difficult job that seemed to large for many handymen and too small for a remodeling company to take on. They worked to rebuild and renovate a part of our basement following a flood (busted pipes and water heater). The job was complex and involved tear down of most of a dry wall ceiling to shore-up and reinforce structural beams/joints, and then rebuild of the ceiling, replacement of drywall, and fixes and re-grouting to tile floor. Also included was added lift of restructuring an access point to plumbing/water lines and installing a return air duct. They are responsive, timely, reliable and trustworthy, and they never missed a beat. Every detail in our job they heard it from us one time and remembered everything. Prior to finding Sanchez brothers we ended up down rabbit holes of contractors ghosting us entirely, saying they would do drywall but not other parts of the project, or stating things like they'd need to remove the entirety of the tile floor (to increase cost/profit for their own good) when we knew from insurance/water mitigation that no moisture was remaining in the tile or any other space in the room. Oh - and they do plumbing too! Including reworking shaddy jobs done by a previous home renovations contractor that cut corners.

They did an excellent job.. it was ALOT of painting in the house and the deck. I also really appreciated their professionalism from request for quote to work completion. They also fixed my concrete steps… see the before (scary) and afters (wow!).

They remodeled our bathroom. Covid set us back a bit. The workers were excellent, maintained a clean, today work space and were very flexible with the few adjustments we made. Their work quality was very good and they had good suggestions for esthetic recommendations based on their previous work. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
