My pricing is based on the size of the project, level of detail, and time involved. I believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for recurring services, multiple projects, or bundled services. Free estimates and walkthroughs are available when needed

I start by discussing the customer’s needs, timeline, and expectations. From there, I may request photos or schedule a walkthrough depending on the project. Once everything is confirmed, I provide pricing, schedule the service, and maintain communication throughout the process to make sure the job is completed the right way.

I have professional experience in environmental services and healthcare cleaning operations, including acute care environments where attention to detail, sanitation, and consistency are critical. My background includes high-standard cleaning procedures, disinfecting practices, inspections, and property preparation.
