HUGE thanks to Joycelyn and Rodney for the amazing job they did for our home! They arrived a few minutes early so that Joycelyn could do a walk through of the house and all the areas that needed to be cleaned. I have used 2 other cleaning services for a deep cleaning of our home before, and I have to say that going forward, I will ONLY be booking with Jones on the Spot. Joycelyn and Rodney were very professional, yet friendly. They were extremely thorough, cleaning behind the couches, inside the couches, moving several boxes of toys/books so that they can fully clean the floor. They got crayon marks out of our mirrors and side tables and stains out of our shower that we really thought were permanent. Honestly, I don’t think anyone (including me) would have been able to get our house looking so brand new. If you want a thorough cleaning at a reasonable price , I suggest you look no further. *Tip: I suggest you pack any small items on your dressers/bed heads into a box/bin so that its easier for them to pickup/ dust/ wipe and also to keep them safe from falling/ breaking. Help them help you by making the areas you need cleaned accessible.

Jocelyn and her sister were absolutely amazing. I have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. She was so detailed and thorough in her deep cleaning. She moved the beds, changed the sheets and so much more. My kids were so happy to come home and see the order in their room. They just sat and played quietly not messing up anything.

Jones on the Spot showed up on time and got right to work. The ladies worked diligently and one of the ladies even straightened up my bedroom in addition to cleaning. Very satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the job. We believe that great quality work can not be timed. We provide all customers with a $10 discount after the 1st service is complete for a year of service with Jones On The Spot LLC!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with new customers; we get in contact VIA email or phone which ever is more coinvient schedule a walk-through (fee varies of distanance). Walk-through usually last 15 to 20 min. price is discussed than we schedule a cleaning!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was just out of high school and a young parent. I needed to work to fit my schedule. What started off with commercial properties expanded to homes.
