These Guys were great! They were absolutely friendly, courteous, and very professional. I gave them an verbal list of what I wanted done and they didn’t need any further instruction. They went the extra mile in each and every room. Not only did they go room to room making them look spotless, but they also were willing to knock out a ton of dishes for me. We provide affordable pricing. We try to give the client what they need without charging for what they don't need. Our goal is to provide top cleaning with a price that meets the needs of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is creating a cleaning program that meets the needs of the customer, within the price our client can afford. This takes questions and answers between us and the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the cleaning business for about 15 years. We provided residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and more with in the Baltimore, Washington DC, Northern VA area. We initially took certified training through the CLEANNET USA program, but have more experience to add after years in the business.
