- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't rush a project, ever, I recommend anything I observe that needs or doesn't need attention. I am affordable and fair. I give you a fair quote based upon the time, labor and diversity of the job. I ask for a budget upfront and keep it realistic for both parties. I also offer financing with very reputable companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send appointment reminders. call or text within 45 minutes to an hour that I'm on my way. I never leave a job a mess and not until my customers are pleased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC school for knowledge testing and certification also I am universal qualified. Worked 3 years as a hands on intern for HVAC, interior painting, large and small appliance repair, removal and installation.
