Edwin is a special Jack of all Trades. He has done many improvements around my home. Today, caulking windows, doors, 2 floors of stair molding and caulking and repairing crown molding in a bedroom. You would be happy to have him work inside or outside your home. Edwin gives a written estimate of the work to be done, there is never a misunderstanding of expectation or the fee.
