After calling several people for estimates I contacted Freddy at JAF. He was very busy at that time but provided an estimate and agreed to a brief “emergency” weed whacking visit in May before my main request could be fulfilled. We then had a major spring cleanup with weeding, edging and mulching of beds, hedge trimming, limited mowing and cutting back weeds along a creek and on a steep hillside-clearing. Initially I thought the estimated price was on the high side but once done Freddy and his team of 5 did such thorough, excellent work and provided so much more than I expected that I believe it was a very fair price. He and 2 helpers now come regularly for maintenance, are always prompt, efficient and thorough. He responds immediately to texts and is flexible in scheduling. My 2 1/2 acre property has never looked better and I am so relieved to have found such good service at an affordable rate. (We do our own mowing so that is not part of our agreement).
