Great experience! The business responded quickly. Desmond the lock smith was very nice and patient. I mixed up the time and was late, and he still waited for me, even thought he did not have to. He was very professional and efficient. I felt the price was fair as well. Would definitely recommend and would use this business again.

D&R has been extremely professional with us. The handle on our multi lock system broke off so we couldn’t lock our door properly. That worked with us, gave a very reasonable price, and fixed everything super fast. We’ve already booked them for another project. Back end and front end of the business were superb!! Renate explained the process, Desmond the locksmith came out on time and delivered exactly I had requested: new mailbox lock n working keys! Checkout was a breeze too and priced very reasonably. Highly recommend!!
