- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make initial contact here on thumbtack! To over the details of the move to establish an accurate quote! Once we have an agreement text the address to me and I lock them into my calendar and we will see them moving day!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Moving , deliveries, and junk removals. We have worked with families, businesses, estate sales, and pretty much anything you can think of!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be clear on what you want! Inventory your stuff to account for everything you have! Also helps for an accurate quote! List all the obstacles that we may have to consider.
