Austin, James, and Joey were great! They arrived on time, were very efficient in unloading my moving truck, and were careful with my things. They let me know when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them and they were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

This is the 2nd time I used Falls & Company: 1st time to fill my PODS and the 2nd time to empty the PODS. I had the same 2 guys both times and they are hard workers. They got it all out in 2 hours; I had ALOT of stuff! Very helpful and polite. The owner was also very nice and accommodating because my house settlement date changed twice and yet he made sure I got the date I needed.

Good part was they provided service at the last minute since my other movers cancelled on me. They were punctual and provided a good deal as well.
But, the boxes were handled brutally. I saw one person drop a china set (not by accident) right in front of me. It seemed to me that only one out of the three were professionals. During the last minutes, I felt they tried dragging the task to another hour which we didn't allow. So we ended up doing 1/3 of the work ourselves.
I used this company one year before. The two people that came were thorough professionals. I was a bit disappointed this year.
