- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you purchase 10-20 hours up front, you will receive a 10% discount. For any new client you refer, once they complete a session, you receive a free hour at your next session! Unlimited potential free hours!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening. You know what you want, even if you don't know how to get there! I take a gentle approach, asking questions to understand, and making sure that I show the proper respect to your space and your belongings. I want you to be happy when I'm done. Once we have the overall goal, I get to work sorting things and offering guidance and support as to which items you will keep. I can make recommendations for donating items so that you feel doubly good about letting them go. I will potentially suggest new arrangements for furniture and any organizing tools or units that would be useful for your space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in psychology and a lifetime of organizing in every professional role I have had. I am curious and always learning new things!
