I've been working with Steve for about 2 years now and have noticed great improvements. For me, we generally do a full body workout in a circuit-style training. Recently I've told him about my lower back pain and he's catered the exercises and stretches to help with that. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and he'll work with you to figure out what is best for your body and your goals. He's also very flexible with hours which is great with my work hours. He'll also work with your diet and give suggestions for food choices and lifestyle changes so that you can meet and maintain your fitness goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer, especially if it's your first time, I would definitely suggest considering Steve.

I have been training with Steve multiple times a week for a number of years. My goal is not to become the worlds next bodybuilder but to maintain my strength, muscle tone and flexibility. He works with me on these areas, as well as weight maintenance, with enough variety that I don't find it boring. Although I may not always be on time, Steve is and he does his best to see that I get the full session in. I really appreciate that Steve works with me to reschedule appointments when needed. The gym is clean, easy to find, and everyone works well together. It's a wonderful atmosphere - I don't feel out of place and I enjoy working out there with Steve.

Steve is a wonderful trainer. Kicked my butt to get me to my wedding goal. He was caring and knowledgable. Worked around my injury. Liked him enough to have him as a guest at our wedding.

My husband and I just couldn't get motivated on our own. Steve was amazing in that he knew how hard to push and when to praise. Exercising was never boring with Steve. He is a professional and still nice to have around.

Steve is very helpful and knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to lose 18 pounds within a very short period of time and have stayed the same for over 2 years. I feel much better with more energy. He understands some of my physical limitations due to arthritis, and tailors the exercises accordingly. Very highly recommended.
