I speak with each customer first to understand their goals and if we are a good fit for each other. Once we’ve determined that, I create a customized program specific to each client to get her the best results

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Keto Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Mindset Coach
