I have been working out with Drew for the past 10 years. I started working with him to lose weight and with his help, have transition my goals to more competition based. I’ve used Drew’s services for triathlon and marathon training plans, 1x1 personal training sessions, and nutrition counseling. I see Drew in his private studio because I love the relaxed environment, but he’s on occasion met me at my home too. Drew pushes me to be better in every session and I have seen incredible gains from working with him. I’ve worked with other trainers and none have put the thought and time into customizing my sessions and training plans as Drew. He has helped me not only achieve my goals but shown me just what my body can do. He is always supportive, positive, and encouraging. There’s never a dull moment or routine workout with Drew. I would highly recommend him to help you achieve any fitness goal!

After having been to countless gyms, personal trainers, and wellness centers over the years, with varying results, I can confidently say that Drew has been, hands down, the best among them; a true "diamond in the rough". The service Drew provides is not just a workout session, it is a comprehensive, individualized plan, built from the ground up, that is designed not just to give you a workout, but to give you the education and the tools to achieve and maintain your goals for the rest of your life. When I first met Drew, he took great time and care to find out what I wanted and what would work for me, and then designed a strategy to achieve those goals in a way that was both realistic for me, and highly effective. Not only does Drew provide results, but he educates, and he practices what he preaches. His methods are firmly rooted in modern exercise and nutrition science, and he takes the time and the care to explain why the things he has you do are important. Drew has also been the only personal trainer I have ever had who has consistently kept in touch with me and patiently answered all of my stupid questions! Since coming to Drew I have lost over 60 pounds and have not felt this good since I was a teenager!
